Following its acquisition of Czech power plant equipment maker Škoda Power, Doosan has created a new umbrella company, Doosan Power Systems Ltd (DPS). The new company aims to increase market reach by providing complete plant solution and boiler-turbine-generator solutions globally.

DPS is made up of four businesses Doosan Babcock, Škoda Power, Doosan Power Systems Americas and Doosan Power Systems Europe.
